Trunk Bay

Trunk Bay is a beach on the island of St. John, which is part of the U.S. Virgin Islands in the West Indies. The beach has High season approximately 1000 visitors daily and is the only National Park beach on the island that require admission. National Geographic Society reviewers beach as one of the world's most beautiful and magazine Condé Nast Traveler has named the beach to one of the world's top ten. The beach has a snack bar, showers and toilets, lifeguards, and most famously, an underwater trail for snorkeling in the coral reefs.

The beach was in 1958, as much of St. John, was sold to the American businessman Laurance Rockefeller.
